The customer accepts the following terms and conditions of repair, service or sale of goods provided by Cartridge Services

1. Quotations are valid for 14 (fourteen) days from date of quotation.
2. No dispute will be entered into regarding verbal quotations; as such quotations will always comply to our current price list.
3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice
4. Only actual work affected on hardware will be covered by a 30 (thirty) day warranty. Proof of purchase/repair will be required for any warranty claim.
5. All repairs are strictly on a COD basis except where approved credit facilities exist and a valid company order is supplied.
6. Repairs not collected within 90 (ninety) days of notification of completion/quotation will be sold to defray expenses.
7. A minimum turn-around time of 48 hours on all repairs will be applicable.
8. Cartridge Services will not be held liable for loss or damage incurred to the customer's equipment caused by factors beyond Cartridge Services's reasonable control.
9. Please note that no equipment will be released without the customers receipt as proof that the person collecting the equipment is entitled thereto.
10. Please use this receipt number during all enquiries and correspondence relating to this repair or service.
11. Ownership of all goods remains vested in Cartridge Services until paid in full.
12. Cartridge Services shall not be liable for any loss of profits or any damage, direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise sustained by the purchaser whether or not caused by the negligence of the seller, its agents or employees.
13. Credit shall only be considered if the goods are returned within 5 days of the date of this invoice, are not defective in any way, in their original saleable condition and packaging supplied by Cartridge Services and accompanied by the invoice, and then it will be granted at Cartridge Services' current price of the goods or the original purchase price, whichever is the lesser.
14. A 15% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned for credit if supplied correctly
15. No cash refunds will be given.
16. No cheques to be issued in payment unless there are sufficient funds available in order that all cheque payments will be honoured and that under no circumstances will any cheque be stopped.
